​Jeffrey has a total of 30 years of Commercial experience in the fields of Sales and Marketing business products.


Graduated from St. Louis University in 1991 with a Degree in Finance.  His main Commercial Real Estate focus has centered in the St. Lucie County area. He adds expertise in the different real estate requirements for each type of business. He can assist all size companies with all aspects of Commercial Real Estate. He helps them to stay within their budget and make the most profitable real estate decisions.


Jeff’s computer skills enable him to take full advantage of all the sales and Marketing products in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. He maintains strong local relationships with dignitaries in St. Lucie County. He has lived in Port St Lucie for the past eight years and has become extremely active in many professional organizations. He has become the “Go To” person for anyone seeking information about recent government activities.

Dominick has been serving St. Lucie County's real estate market since 1996; his integrity, honesty, and hard work has earned him a large referral base and repeat clientele.  Dominick puts a strong emphasis on protecting his clients interests and in navigating the entire process from contract to close.

Dominick moved to Fort Pierce in 1986 from the Pocono's area of Pennsylvania.  His love for fishing, boating, and golf has given him a true appreciation of St. Lucie County.  He has belonged to many area charitable organizations; most recently to the American Legion Post 358 and the Fort Pierce Elks 1520.  He has participated in and chaired many fund raising golf tournaments to benefit our areas Veteran's. 


Judy Biglin

​Judy Biglin was born and raised in the farming community of Shelby, Ohio. She moved to Florida in 1975.  She married her high school sweetheart, and they bought their first home in Port St. Lucie in 1978. It was in the middle of nowhere then.  Many of the roads were dirt and West of the turnpike was ranchland. Over the years she watched as it became one of the fastest growing cities in the U.S.


Judy and her husband realized their dream of owning acreage in 1996, building their dream home in White City.   With her 2 children leaving the nest, she became interested in Real Estate.  Judy is one of the founding members of Sunrise City Realty, and now has been selling Real Estate for over 20 years. Through the good times and the bad! Her best assets she brings to her customers are Experience, Knowledge, and her Determination to get a deal done.


When she’s not selling Real Estate, Judy is often camping in our beautiful state parks, boating on the Indian River Lagoon, or undertaking a DIY job at her home. Her biggest joy is her family and the time she spends with them. Life is Good!

Kate Alvira

​Kate Alvira is a founding member of Sunrise City Realty.  Kate obtained her Florida real estate license in 2001 and her Broker’s license in 2021.  Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Kate moved to St. Lucie County in 1989; living on South Hutchinson Island,  in Indian River Estates, and currently in White City. 


Kate is very active in her community: she is on the board with the St. Lucie County's Housing Finance Authority;  she is currently chairing the Rescue Adoption Golf Tournament  to aid abused and unwanted dogs; and has co-chaired Golf Tournaments for Veteran's; along with many other worthwhile charity events.


Her thirst for continuing education often finds Kate attending classes and seminars related to the newest information on bond programs, Veteran programs, and basically, all things related to real estate.  Kate has earned her Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, a Harvard based program that teaches different approaches for the best results for her clients.


Most of all, Kate enjoys the accomplished feeling of working hand in hand with home buyers and sellers and seeing their dreams come true.
